Hello Festival Fans and thanks for helping this inaugural Monterey Summer of Love Festival come to a close as a SUCCESS! Sure we had our problems and we apologize for some of the inconveniences yet, all in all everyone reports to have had a great experience and a fun time. All three stages produced memorable performances from original, tribute and legendary bands who where there 40 years ago. Now we need stories and photos of your experience at the festival for our post show program followed by a three DVD box set of the festival highlights. We really appreciate the notes of thanks and congratulations you've been sending and to answer your question... YES! We will be back next year and every year after that! Many of you stepped up when you saw a need and went beyond the call of duty to help things along, Thank you very much.
